How does it work?
Choose the equipment you need, select your rental start and end dates, and pay online. You can either collect from us or book a delivery to your address in Bergen.
Is the equipment clean and safe?
Yes. All equipment is thoroughly washed and sanitised between every rental. We always check that items are in good condition and meet current safety standards.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel up to 48 hours before the collection date for a full refund. Within 48 hours the booking is binding and the amount will not be refunded.
Do you deliver to hotels or apartments?
Yes, we deliver to hotels, Airbnb apartments and private addresses in Bergen and the surrounding area. Contact us for pricing and availability.
What is the deposit?
We take a deposit as security for the equipment. The deposit is refunded within 2–5 working days after the equipment is returned undamaged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Vipps, card (Visa/Mastercard), invoice and cash on collection.
What happens if equipment is damaged?
If something is damaged we will deduct the cost of repair or replacement from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit we will invoice the difference.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, contact us at hei@tinyrent.no and we will arrange an extension if the equipment is available.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 1 day. Maximum varies per product. Contact us for longer arrangements.
